The training was much more than I expected it to be. I was thinking it was gonna be tough. All that, but the way the curriculum is designed, it is easy for someone to grasp. It helps you understand the basics initially, so we go through specific modules on basics of the sculpting. Then slowly advance to more complex forms and all that and finally work on cars. So the curriculum, the way it is designed, helps someone learn it from scratch.
The level of training is what the industry expects you to be as a fresher when you apply for internships and jobs later. So the amount and exposure you get from the industry-trained staff over here are very adequate. The skills you learn from doing your everyday exercise and building upon submitting your deliverables on time. All of that actually helps you push yourself further and create better stuff in the end.
